DevSuite Applications

DevSuite is a suite of camera applications for evaluation, demo, design-in and debug of your image sensor from Aptina.

• DevWareX — an extremely versatile and powerful tool that allows you to program the imager, display and evaluate images
• DevWareX / New Features — DevWareX is a multi-platform implementation of DevWare (no longer in use), created with a more flexible GUI-generation tool. It has the same layout and controls as DevWare, but with additional features.
• SensorTune — a tool designed to help tune ON Semiconductor's Image processors/System-on-Chip (SOC) sensors to provide excellent camera system performance
• IQWare — an image quality evaluation tool
• AiViewer — an image viewer that can be used for image validation and testing for image processing development
• AiMediaPlayer — is  a direct show graph player which can be used for video validation and for video processing development
• HardwareUpdate Tool — is used to program Firmware (FW) and FPGA images to the storage memory on the Demo2X and Demo3 baseboards
• FlashTool — allows you to generate binary images and write them to non-volatile memory for select SOCs such as the MT9V126-138, AP0100, AP0101 and ASX340
• SensorDemo — a demo friendly version of DevWare, which hides the development features
• Side-by-Side Demo — Allows two ON Semiconductor Demo cameras or two videos to be simultaneously displayed side-by-side for comparison.
• Debug Tools — low level debug tools which are useful when working with new hardware
• Lens Distortion Correction (DeWarp) Plug-in — used to generate Distortion Correction configuration settings for wide angle lenses
• Demo Headboard Tuning Plug-in — used to generate Lens Shading Correction (LSC) coefficients
• Command Line Tools — User Guides for the various Command Line Tools
• Demo Headboard EEPROM User Guide — describes what kinds of data can be stored in the EEPROM, and how to use the software tools
