You’ll need to use the “Manage” feature to find the source of the problem.

  1. Select the “Start” button (bottom-left), right-click on “Computer”, and select “Manage”.
  2. The “Computer Management” Dialog appears.
  3. Expand “Event Viewer”, then “Windows Logs”, then select “Application”.
  4. This takes a while to load, but eventually you see the output.
  5. Under the “Level” column, look for “Error” with a “Source” of “Application Error”.
  6. Find the entry for DevWareX by selecting each one and reviewing the info in the “General” tab.
  7. When you find the entry, right-click it and select “Copy -> Copy Details as Text”.
  8. Send that to me.

Best wishes,

John
