In the Windows search window (lower-left), type “regedit”.
When the Register Editor dialog appears, use the left-side navigation area to get to:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ON Semiconductoronsemi\DevWareXSelect the “>” arrow to expand the folder, and you’ll see all the entries used by DevWareX.
Find the product entry (e.g. “ASX340AT”), right-click it, select “Delete”, and then select “Yes” when asked to confirm.
Exit the Register Editor, and restart DevWareX.
