The Windows10 USB3 Driver (64-bit only) is included in the DevSuite Installer.

We are in the process of getting our USB3 driver certified for Windows10, so at this time you will be required to disable driver signature enforcement.

Here's a link to the Usage instructions - please review before proceeding.

Here's a link to the ZIP file with the drivers; follow the standard ON Semiconductor instructions for manual USB driver installation.

Note; only a 64-bit Demo3 driver is supplied.
